How many people can stay at the Barn Burner?
The full property sleeps up to 29 guests across 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in four separate lodging units.
We prioritize booking the entire space to large groups, but you can also book individual units starting 90 days out, if available.
Can I book the whole property for our group?
Yes and it's the most popular option. Booking the full property gives your group exclusive use of all four units plus the shared rooftop patio.
Full-property bookings are available up to one year in advance for instant bookings, or you can contact me directly for availability and pricing for dates that are further out.
Is the Barn Burner kid-friendly?
Absolutely. The property was designed with multi-generational groups in mind. Units include plenty of kid-friendly features - like a pack n’ play, high chair, blackout shades in bedrooms, safety gates on stairs, and a collection of blocks and games - and the layout gives families space to spread out comfortably.
Can events be hosted here?
Yes. The Barn Burner includes a 1,000 sq. ft. Event Space with tables, chairs, a catering kitchen, a TV with HDMI hookup, and a rolling whiteboard. It seats up to 50 comfortably for group dinners and holds up to 70 for lecture-style presentations.
The Event Space is available as an add-on for lodging guests, or as a standalone rental 90 days in advance, subject to availability.
Is outside catering allowed?
Yes, outside catering is welcome. The event space includes a catering kitchen (with refrigerator, ice machine, sinks, and prep tables - but NO oven or microwave) to make service easier for your caterer or private chef.
How close are you to downtown Nashville?
You're already there! The Barn Burner is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Indiana, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Brown County State Park is just a few minutes away by car.
