package #1: Gather
The great thing about staying at the Barn Burner, you have everything you need included in your booking. All of the amenities you can think of, we pretty much have you covered under the Gathered Tier, included in any full-property booking.
All Lodging Only
Get access to all four units and the rooftop patio. Sleeps up to 29 guests, with room to gather in the units and on the rooftop patio around the fire table.
All Lodging Plus the Event Space
Add nearly 1,000 square feet with tables, chairs, and a catering kitchen. The best option for a big shared meal, meetings and workshops, or extra folks joining for the day.
Both come with the kitchens stocked past reason, your digital guidebook, the who-sleeps-where worksheet, my planning emails before you arrive, and the Tanglewood Hideaway guides to town.
You set up, you run your gathering, you tear down.
Plenty of groups book, show up, and never need another thing from me - and if that's your plan, everything above is already yours.
package #2: Celebrate
DFY Event Space Setup + Planning Support ($650)
For the group with a big meal, a party, or full meeting days. You still run your own gathering, but the setup's done before you arrive.

Gourmet s'mores baskets stocked for your group, ready to enjoy

My vendor sheet - the caterers, bakers, florists, and photographers I actually use and recommend
You bring your own linens, serving ware, and decor - the space, tables, and chairs are ready for them.
$650 flat, added to bookings that include the Event Space.

A scheduled load-in hour, with hands to help get your things where they go
One styled table setup for your big dinner - tables dressed, flowers on, candles lit (your caterer or your kitchen crew brings the food)
All for $1,800 flat. Your vendor costs are separate and paid directly to your vendors, we’ll discuss your budget during our initial planning call so I know who to best connect you with.
‘Savor’ availability depends on my calendar and your vendors’ – and certain times of year are very busy for Brown County vendors. Indicate your interest at the time of booking, or contact me 2-3 months ahead at a minimum, and I’ll confirm availability.

I'm Kara. I own and manage the Barn Burner with my husband Clint, and I plan and run my own retreats and workshops in this building every year! (REIGNITE creativity retreats, flower arranging, the whole thing).
So when I say I know what the planner is carrying, it's because I carry it here, with these exact vendors, in this exact building. That's what you're adding on - not a package, a person who's done this here before.
Answers to Your Questions
How do I decide if I need a package?
For meals larger than 10-15 people, we recommend reserving the event space so you can all eat together. Especially if weather is a concern!

Can I add a package after I've already booked?
Yes! If you’ve already booked and you want to add on one of these packages, send us an email and we’ll get you sorted. Remember, we require a minimum of 1-2 months out for a Celebrate package, or 2-3 months for a Savor package.
Do I have to have my plans figured out first?
No. Celebrate's planning guide walks you through the decisions in order. With Savor, we build the plan together on our calls.
Do you book our caterer and vendors for us?
With the Savor package, I check vendor availability and make the introductions before you book, then I'm your point of contact for access and timing, plus anything that comes up on the day itself. You contract and pay your vendors directly, so your budget and your choices stay yours, with no markups from us.
Can I get just the set-up and tear-down?
The standalone setup/tear down service is $350, with nothing else included. This service is already included in both ‘Celebrate’ and ‘Savor’, along with everything else in the packages.
We're renting one unit - can we add a package?
The packages are built for full-property stays. For a single unit, the guidebook and my planning emails are already yours.
What don't the packages cover?
Anything off-site - I'll point you to the right people, but I don't coordinate other venues. And receptions still follow the Event Space rules.
