Friday: Arrival & Rehearsal Dinner Wedding party and families arrive throughout the afternoon and get settled into their units. By evening, the whole group is together for the rehearsal dinner (either in the event space, on the rooftop, or at a local restaurant nearby). The tone is relaxed. The hard work is done. Tonight is just about being together.
Suggestion: The event space seats your group comfortably for a private dinner and is available as an add-on for lodging guests.
Saturday: The Main Event Getting-ready mornings happen in the privacy of each unit. The ceremony takes place on-site or at one of Brown County's beautiful venues nearby. Reception follows at the venue of your choice, or return to the Barn Burner for a more intimate celebration. The rooftop patio with fire table is a natural gathering point for the evening.

The event space is 1,000 sq. ft. with tables, chairs, a catering kitchen, and a projector screen. For larger ceremonies, many couples use the Barn Burner as their lodging and getting-ready hub while holding the ceremony at one of Brown County's dedicated wedding venues nearby.
What size weddings work best at the Barn Burner? The Barn Burner is best suited for intimate weddings and wedding weekends — typically 20–30 overnight guests across the full property. For larger ceremonies, the event space can accommodate additional guests beyond the overnight count. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
